This project’s evolution took some figuring out after Archie moved and wanted to step back from doing all the voices in a script including the narration/directions.
Bamboo Studio 2, where early sessions of MOVIE SNARK originated. The first readings were recorded on microphones also used in other Bad Maria Media projects, such as GAY NERD LOVE.
Later, voice actors were directed remotely. The mic only picked up Archie’s voice while the actors were on speakerphone. On the other end of the line, the actors recorded themselves, then sent in the audio files for editing. There were two takes plus pickup lines, all done in an hour. Sometimes they ran longer, but not by much.
